Naio Tree

1. Do Position 1 on the left hand only. The right hand twists the hanging loop clockwise 360-degrees. Do Position 1 on the right hand.

2. The right index finger picks up the left palm string and then the left index finger picks up the right palm string as you do Opening A.

3. Thumbs move over index-finger loops and pick up near little-finger strings.

4. Expand index-finger loops and hang them on thumbs. Now you have three loops on each thumb.
Remove second-upper thumb loops via the outside of the upper thumb loops (Navajo).

5. Index fingers move into the triangles. Keep index fingers bent. Release little fingers.
  Original index-finger loops drop naturally.

6. Little fingers move under intervening strings and hook down the lower near thumb string.

7. Middle fingers move into the loops hooked on the index fingers from above and hold them. Release index fingers.
(Transfer the loops from index fingers to middle fingers.)

8. Index fingers move into upper thumb loops from above and remove them.

9. The left index finger moves into the left thumb loop from below and removes it.
Place it below the original left index-finger loop.

10. The left thumb moves into the upper left index-finger loop from above and removes it.

11. The right hand removes the loop hooked on the left middle finger from the far side.

12. Release the left index finger.

13. The left index finger picks up the string released at Step 12 through the loop held by the right hand. The right hand releases the loop.

14. The right middle finger moves into the right thumb loop from below.

15. The left hand removes the right middle-finger loop from the near side.

16. Release the right thumb.

17. The right thumb picks up the string released at Step 16 through the loop held by the left hand.

18. The left hand releases the loop. Then you have Naio Tree.

19. The right thumb releases the loop and moves into the near-side central triangle from below.

20. The left index-finger releases the loop and moves into the far-side central triangle from below.

21. Extend the pattern. You have The Red-Flower Malo.
