Bridge → Turtle → Rubber Band → Airplane

1. Do Opening A using middle fingers instead of index fingers.

2. Thumbs pick up near middle-finger strings and little fingers pick up far middle-finger strings.

3. Thumbs pick up near little-finger strings and release little fingers.

4. Little fingers move over far middle-finger strings and pick up both far thumb strings. Release thumbs.

5. Thumbs move over middle-finger loops and pick up both near little-finger strings.

6. The right middle finger picks up both left palm strings.

7. The left middle finger picks up both right palm strings through the right middle-finger loops
   so as to form Bridge.

 Bridge

8. Navajo the lowest loops of middle fingers, then put middle fingers into the released loops from above and pull them.
Both upper middle-finger loops drop naturally. Then you have Turtle.

9. Release middle fingers.

 (Shorter string is used.)

10. Index and middle (or ring) fingers pick up the crossing strings (see the left photo).
You can control the length of the strings running between both hands by opening and closing your hands.

    Rubber Band

You do not need to do Steps 6-8 to make Rubber Band.

11. Transfer two right thumb loops and two right little-finger loops to the left thumb and the left little finger, respectively,
with resolving the twists. Then you have Airplane.

Rubber Band (Another type)

1. Do Position 1 and make a loop around the thumb and little finger on each hand. (There are many ways.)

2. Middle fingers pick up the lower palm strings.

3. Navajo thumbs and little fingers.

  Rubber Band (another type)

The procedure is easier but the "elasticity" is less than that of the above one.
