Two Ptarmigans
1. Do Position 1 on the left hand only.
2. Wrap the far little-finger string around the left ring and little fingers one turn.
3. Wrap the far little-finger string around the left ring finger one turn.
4. Release ring finger loops while the string between ring and little fingers is left in place.
5. Bring the far side string of the large hanging loop to the back of the left thumb.
6. Bring the near thumb string to the back of the left little finger.
7. Wrap the far little-finger string around the left ring and little fingers one turn.
8. Wrap the far little-finger string around the left ring finger one turn.
9. Release ring finger loops while the string between ring and little fingers is left in place.
10. Release lower two little-finger loops via the outside of the upper two loops.
11. Give a 180-degree twist away from you to the left thumb loop.
12. Bring the far thumb string to the back of the left little finger.
13. Navajo the lower two little-finger loops.
14. Find the "correct" strings and pick up them with the right thumb and little finger.
